  13. So with the expansion draft over, and some major trades out of the way,
  14. here is what I foresee in '93.
  15.  
  16. The Colorado Rockies, with the way they drafted, will be competitive
  17. early.  They will probably even finish ahead of the Giants next year.
  18.  
  19. The Marlins will be terrible next year but will have a better future.
  20.  
  21. However, with the current status of the National League East (the Pirates
  22. seem to be rebuilding despite 3 straight NL East titles), the Marlins
  23. could possibly become the first team in history to win a division while
  24. losing 100 games.
