- I watched at least 120 Astros games last year and it was my
- observation that Eric Anthony is a FAR FAR better hitter in clutch
- situations than Pete Incaviglia. As evidenced by the fact that
- Incaviglia had 44 RBI in 349 at bats last year while Anthony had 80
- RBI (including 2 grand slams) in 440 at bats. Even though
- Incaviglia's batting average was higher (.266 versus .239), he never
- seemed to perform well in high pressure situations.
