- These side trips assume good weather and trivial driving (i.e. not
- crowded). Any line at the Tahoe City Y wold blow 1/2 a day of skiing.
- A unique thing exists with the cross-lake ferry (not a car ferry). $$s,
- but different. Driving isn't essential. Cars aren't essential.
- Hitching isn't necessary either.
