  22. The Weather Channel targets its reports to the people it thinks are watching, 
  23. based on the time of day, and also has the technical means to feed different 
  24. reports to different regions of the country.

  26. In the early evening, eastern time, they hardly mention the west coast,
  27. since those folks are still on the freeway.  After midnight eastern time, 
  28. it is hard to get any details about cities in the east.
