  14. b)New Hampshire
  15. c)Maine

  17. d)Seven Springs along with e)Boyne Mountain, just to say the last two
  18. weren't open yet?

  20. Did the San Andreas slide all the way east to Kansas, and go Ka-Boom?
  21. Did the entire Rocky Mountain chain (along with those Midwest areas that
  22. have been open for weeks 8-) fall off the face of the earth?
