  13. At this time: I have three additional affirmative responses.
  14. Two of these responses have the authority (and do) carry firearms on
  15. US Alpine ski slopes.  With the previous posts this makes 10 total people
  16. who answered in the affirmative.  The current break down:
  17.     4: X-C
  18.     3: to lockers or car
  19.     3: on slope
  20. This without querying rec.guns or talk.politics.guns.
  21. I would like to thank the honesty of those individuals who came forth
  22. via email.  No email was retained.  Additional hands will be counted
  23. by email (one respondent expressed reservations during the first survey
  24. and hence did not respond two years ago, it's just a hand count).
  25. While I wonder if we are not setting up a situation like the 1960 missile
  26. gap, these people were frank about their information.  I won't speculate
  27. at this time regarding trends, but it deserves to be watched.
