- At this time: I have three additional affirmative responses.
- Two of these responses have the authority (and do) carry firearms on
- US Alpine ski slopes. With the previous posts this makes 10 total people
- who answered in the affirmative. The current break down:
- 4: X-C
- 3: to lockers or car
- 3: on slope
- This without querying rec.guns or talk.politics.guns.
- I would like to thank the honesty of those individuals who came forth
- via email. No email was retained. Additional hands will be counted
- by email (one respondent expressed reservations during the first survey
- and hence did not respond two years ago, it's just a hand count).
- While I wonder if we are not setting up a situation like the 1960 missile
- gap, these people were frank about their information. I won't speculate
- at this time regarding trends, but it deserves to be watched.
