  12. I am organizing a ski trip to Lake Tahoe that will probably include
  13. about 10-15 people.  I would like to rent a house near ski area(s)
  14. in either North or South Tahoe (south slightly perferred) for a
  15. Saturday night through Monday night on a non-holiday weekend.  The
  16. date has not been set yet; the weekends I'm currently considering
  17. are:  January 30, February 6, February 20, February 27, and March 13.

  19. The things we're looking for in a ski house include:
  20. - Close to ski area(s)
  21. - Bed space for at least 10, with more space for sleeping bags
  22. - At least two bathrooms
  23. - Hot tub
  24. - Not too expensive
  25. - Willing to rent for Saturday-Monday nights

  27. My friends and I are responsible, non-destructive people; none of
  28. us smoke.
