- Since daylight savings has put an end to after work hockey, I've been a
- bit glum. However, whilst roaming about Cupertino at lunch today I found
- a new skate shop which is exclusively in-line! (Not that other types of
- skates are in any way bad :-)
-
- Anyway, it's located on Homestead road and Blaney (Between Wolfe and Saratoga/
- Sunnyvale). They're an authorized Rollerblade dealer so they've got the
- full lineup, but I didn't see any Bauer. They did have some other skates
- but since I'm already equipped, I didn't check them out. Until the end
- of the year you get a $25 gift certificate if you buy low end Blades,
- $50 if you buy high end. Pretty standard motto, "we'll beat any price!"
-
- They've got a ton of hockey equipment - (good selection of sticks) and
- just about everything you could think of to tack on your stick or blades.
- Lots and Lots of Kryptonic and Hyper wheels (they carry seconds of Hyper
- for half price!).
-
- They've also got an easy phone number (aside from the fact that they're
- a block from my work) (408) 25-BLADE
