- forward. This is because there is no (usable) wye nearby. The nearest
- (usable) wye is about 50 miles away in Holland, well past the B H local's
- normal area of service. Obviously this means that they either have to
- occasionally run long-hood forward or else have to engines facing back-to-
- back. This is the only reason why this particular train runs LH forward.
- I believe they face the engine east because more of their business is east.
- One of their main customers is the Kalamazoo, Lakeshore and Chicago Railway,
- a small shortline RR that branches off in Hartford and runs to Paw Paw.
