  13. I would like to find handheld which will legally work both the 2M
  14. ham band and the search and rescue frequencies, 155-156 MHz (type
  15. acceptance required).  The Icom IC-H16 is legal for this but a bit 
  16. expensive for me.  I don't know what else might be available that
  17. would do this.  Anybody happen to have such a thing they want to 
  18. unload?  Maybe I can afford a used one.
