- I am surprised you could actually understand anything thing those
- foreigners acutally say to you. I tried to call them on the 800 number
- once and was immediately turned off by some eastern accent and their
- rudeness and difficulty understanding my questions in the queen's
- English. Probably this is a front for the mob and Jun's is a money
- laundering service. I fail to see how any ham could deal with such
- abuse.

- Had you purchased the unit through the mail, you could have held the
- credit card over their head or reported the issue to the various
- magazines for assistance in resolution.
