  10. I have a DAK DMR-3000.  Several posts to this group have requested more
  11. info or opinions about it.  I respond to each of them via email.
  12. A few of them have followed up with more specific questions.  Some have
  13. relayed that others say things like "save your money, buy a real radio".
  14. I wonder if that response comes from someone who owns one.

  16. I like mine.  It cost a third of what another radio does, for the same
  17. feature content.  Is it as good as a $200 Sangean?  I don't claim that it
  18. is.  But it is certainly well worth $69.90.  It is probably comparable to
  19. some $150 radios.
