  12. NEXUS-IBA  IS  LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS  WHO WOULD LIKE  TO MONITOR
  13. IRRS-SHORTWAVE BROADCASTS  IN  WESTERN AND EASTERN  EUROPE, DAILY
  14. FROM 06:30-09:00UTC AND 17:00-21:30UTC (23:30UTC FRI/SAT/SUN).

  16. Our transmissions consists of news programmes from United Nations
  17. and UNESCO Radio, and European Gospel Radio, as well as music and
  18. our weekly SW Listeners' mailbag programme ("Hello There").
  19. Programmes over  IRRS-Shortwave are in English,  French, Spanish,
  20. Russian and Yugoslavian, and beamed to Europe from Milano, Italy.

  45.   NEXUS-IBA charter guarantees free access  to our broadcasting
  46.   media on FM and SW to all individuals and/or organizations.
  47.   All of NEXUS-IBA's members pay a share of our overall running
  48.   costs,  based on the actual usage of airtime on our stations.
  49.   We  are totally donation  driven  for  a  financial  base and
  50.   entirely  volunteer  driven  for   all   of  the  operational
  51.   infrastructure:    including   our  announcers,  programmers,
  52.   computer   and   HF   engineers,   monitors   and   frequency
  53.   consultants.   Even  our   offices  are  manned   totally  by
  54.   volunteers,  computers - which may do a lot of the work which
  55.   usually humans  dislike -,  and answering  machines.  We also
  56.   have overseas people who are official,  and some who are not,
  57.   official NEXUS-IBA people.
