  16. For those people who think that shipping and handling charges in New
  17. York City are unreasonable, you may consider the option of coming into
  18. town and buying in the store  --  and paying 8.25% NY sales tax.

  20. Assuming that you are not otherwise victimised by tolls, parking fees,
  21. parking tickets, broken car windows/stolen radios, stolen wallets,
  22. stolen cameras in shiny pink 47th St. Photo shopping bags that mark
  23. the tourist shopper as an easy sucker, or maybe just a plain old knife
  24. in the belly, the local sales tax alone should convince people that
  25. mail order has it's benefits, even if it has it's drawbacks, as well.
