  14.     I'm interested in buying a new camera and I'm thinking about buying the
  15. aforementioned Olympus.  I read a while ago that the camera was bashed, thrashed
  16. and otherwise reviewed a while ago.  Could someone(s) please mail me a summary
  17. of the reviews.  Thanks.  I'm mainly looking for a camera to take backpacking
  18. and the such and I want more control than the point-and-shoots give.  I'm
  19. also giving some consideration to getting the Elan, but I've seen enough info
  20. here about it.
