  12.   I just received a box of Ilford paper from B&H. On on side, it
  13. has the wide label holding the top down. The pieces of white tape 
  14. that are supposed to hold the other three sides shut were torn.

  16.   B&H's return policy says no paper returns or exchanges are allowed.
  17. It seems to me that I may have received a previously opened box of
  18. paper. I guess it's possible that the tape could have torn in the
  19. shipping process, but not real likely.

  21.   Has anyone else received a shipment like that? Did you use the
  22. paper, return it, or what?
