- Seems as though you ought to take this up with the framer - your
- instructions obviously were not followed.

- Also, you will need to find out what kind of tape was used from
- your framer. My (optimistic) guess is that the tape has a water soluble
- adhesive, so moistening will allow the tape to be peeled off after
- a few minutes' wait. If it is not a water soluble adhesive, then you
- are dealing with a framer who doesn't know his business (common enough).
