  12. I have a small dot of blue ball point pen ink on one of my negatives.
  13. A pen dropped on the negative while I was filling out a form to get an
  14. enlargement of it.  Is there a safe way to remove ink from the
  15. negative?  The ink is on the side opposite of the emulsion.
