- YES! J.C.Ayer & Company in Salem, Massachusetts 508-741-1522
- Wood puzzles with photo print mounted.
-
- I have used this company with excellent results.
-
- They use a proprietary water jet to carve the puzzle. The kerf (width of cut)
- is VERY SMALL. They use a computer to design the pieces. You can have custom
- shapes and things like names as pieces. The overall shape can be anything you
- desire.
-
- Process:
- Sent negative and they make the proper print. Also sent an example print
- for them to use as a color reference so I did not get something that was
- 'too green etc.' Allow a couple weeks in non-Christmas season.
-
- This is expensive. I spent $180 for one.
