  23. I have used this company with excellent results.

  25. They use a proprietary water jet to carve the puzzle.  The kerf (width of cut)
  26. is VERY SMALL.  They use a computer to design the pieces.  You can have custom
  27. shapes and things like names as pieces.  The overall shape can be anything you
  28. desire.

  30. Process:
  31. Sent negative and they make the proper print.  Also sent an example print
  32. for them to use as a color reference so I did not get something that was
  33. 'too green etc.'  Allow a couple weeks in non-Christmas season.

  35. This is expensive.  I spent $180 for one.
