- The only thing I can think of is flare in your enlarger lens and/or
- in the room. This is a guess. Perhaps more testing is in order.

- Do you feel like trying the test again with a photograph of a full-frame
- gray card instead? That should eliminate flare as an option. And then
- perhaps a white card in half the frame and a green card in the other half,
- or some such thing, to see if the white card gets a bit colored, (ahem)
- coloured, when you enlarge it.
