  13. To conclude what has turned out to be a more controversial question
  14. than I intended...

  16. Hobbes did get his little operation yesterday and he did stay
  17. overnight at the vet. He seems none the worse for wear, perhaps a
  18. bit more cautious than usual. The vet did a very tidy job of it,
  19. you really wouldn't even notice anything had been done. I did have
  20. a vet do a real hatchet job once (sorry to you men reading this!)
  21. so I was a bit concerned about that. But no, Hobbes will still look
  22. pretty for the judges when he grows up and enters the "Family Pet"
  23. category (how do you type a "black humor" smiley?)
