  12. Am I just being a puritan, or does this sound a little wierd to you
  13. guys too?  My husband took Bast back to the vet to have her teeth cleaned, and
  14. also mentioned the problem we've had with her peeing on the floor.  The vet
  15. said that this indeed was most likely a reaction to our having brought a
  16. second cat into the house.  (No physical problem evident.) So, in addition 
  17. to Kitty Scope for Fresh Breath, he sent Bast home with an envelope of 
  18. Valium.  Since aspirin is about the strongest thing I ever take myself, 
  19. I found this somewhat alarming.

  21. Do we really have to dope her up to control this problem??  She and Felix
  22. have both been in solitary for the last week, and my vote is for giving that
  23. an extended try before resorting to drugging her.  What's the net.opinion?  
  24. Should I trust this vet?
