  13.   My cat Spanky is the most hard-headed neurotic cat that I've
  14.   ever seen!  He likes to play really rough and is constantly
  15.   clawing me and biting me.....i've tried a firm NO!...water
  16.   bottle spray...whimpering...keeping still...and nothing works!
  17.   And his nails are REAL sharp!!  I've got scratches and bite
  18.   marks that are rather deep...ouch!  :(
