  12. My cat, J.B., and I have recently moved in with some new roommates.  J.B.
  13. is carying on a 12 year habit of clawing furniure.  Unfortunately, this
  14. time it is not my furniture.  In addition to that she is inspiring the
  15. other cat to do the same.  Is there any way to prevent or deter this
  16. behavior, short of declawing (I cannot do that).
