  17. I just had two kittens neutered, a male and a female. My vet's
  18. practice was to keep the female overnight, but to let the male
  19. go home that day. Since they'd never been separated, though, I
  20. let Clovis stay with his sister overnight, but that was the in-
  21. dividual cats, certainly not a result of his surgery.

  23. Perhaps your vet was concerned about the possibility of a 
  24. complication, for some reason?
