- It's getting close to Christmas and I wanted to buy my Tamora one of
- those platform carseats I saw advertized in a magazine, once. However,
- I've looked thru all the old Cat Fancy and Cats magazines I have and
- can't find them advertized anymore.
-
- They are shaped like a small "quanset hut". They have a solid floor and
- everything else (sides, ends, rounded top) is made of that black nylon
- mesh (medium sized mesh). The device is strapped to the back of the car
- seat, so that it is up high enough that the cat can see out. The fact
- that it's made out of mesh keeps the cat inside the device and enables
- it to be protected from accidents, while still allowing it to see all
- around. I seem to remember they were rediculously expensive and were
- only sold by mail order.
-
- I thought this sort of cat car seat would be wonderful to have if I
- ever want to take Tamora on a long trip.
-
- Does anyone know where I can write to get one of these for Tamora?
