- *laugh* I am VERY familiar with this problem :-) We got Zeb when she was
- 10 weeks old and she too was very cuddly and gentle and friendly. However,
- as she grew up a little we were constantly being "bitten" and scratched,
- rarely to draw blood from the bites. Zeb would always attempt to bite
- us while play fighting and use her little back legs to scratch us.
- Biting also ensue following a few minutes of brushing...at first she
- loved it and eventually would get frisky and start biting the brush.
- I've had many a calf muscle chewed on as I walked past the bed and
- was skillfully ambushed :-) I think its a stage because Zeb went through
- that from about 4 months....recently she has calmed down a bit and
- would rather fetch Kit Kat wrappers :-) Although if my fiance and her
- get into a wrestling match he is bound to lose!!! I think its their
- playful age and the age at which their mothers would have taught them
- to fight and defend themselves. It wears off and then they do even
- more nerve wrecking things ;-)
