- My Big Wig used to have this, and a real bad case too, except he didn't
- have the breathing problem. The doctor said that the eye infection
- usually does occur along with the respiratory problem, and both are
- curable, and serious, ailments. Eye drops may be prescribed, but they
- tend to sting big time, so the Bun may hit the ceiling after each
- drop. :-(

- Carefully have the doctor look for some foreign object lodged in the
- rabbit's eyes. The foreign object can stay there for a long time, thus
- causing lots of irritation.

- For what it's worth, Big Wig's infection has _completely_ healed, with
- no help from any medicine: I feed him lots of carrots WITH green tops,
- and as per the old saying, carrots are good for the eyes.
