- I tried using the rabbit/ferret harness on "Fluffy" and DID NOT LIKE IT.
- I would adjust it and the next thing I knew it was too tight. Finally, I
- went to a pet supply store and bought a small dog harness. (I think it was
- size 4 - difficult to find but possible.) Fluffy did not like it at first -
- tried to bite it off. Now she has no problem with it. I then would tie her
- outside with a long piece of macrame cord but she bit through that (fortunately
- she returned to out back porch which was open). After that scare, I bought
- a very very light weight chain for tying out small dogs (got at grocery).
- It works great. Fluffy gets out on nice days and I don't have to worry about
- her suddenly disappearing. I do need to keep a close eye on her because of
- stray cats. My dog (her step-mom) keeps an eye on her as well so all are
- happy.
