- My computer exploded before I could finish the previous post. I wanted
- to say that the anesthetic used on Darwin was an injection (for induction)
- of Ketamine and diazepam followed by isoflurane gas. He had an IV catheter
- in one ear for fluids (and access in case of emergency), and a pressure
- monitor in the other. The anesthesiologists here are very thorough and
- made things safe. Now D.'s all healed, and back to running around the
- multitudinous catsdogs. He's 5 months old and in spite of the long bout
- of diarrhea he once had he's growing like a bun, now at about 9 pounds. I
- love that rabbit.
