- My Lady Wife mentioned what she does to mull apple juice. If any is
- leftover, chilling it as close to freezing as you can and drinking the
- next day is also quite nice--though I seem to be the only one in the
- house that likes it that way. The longer it has sat hot in the pot,
- the stronger it is, plus some of the sugar in the juice appears to
- caramalize--leaving you with a medium dark brown liquid, smelling
- strongly of apples and spices with a slightly evil looking oily
- sheen on top...
