  27. Tadhg, please keep in mind that precedence is determined kingdom-by-
  28. kingdom, with the exception of a few details mentioned in Corpora (e.g.,
  29. the Laurel, Pelican, and Chivalry rank equally).  The rank of royal peers
  30. is NOT specified in Corpora, and can vary from kingdom to kingdom.  I
  31. believe there is at least one kingdom in which the patent determines
  32. precedence, not the royal peerage title.
