- I've two questions:

- 1. I'm curious as to whether or not any gentles would know of an Old English
- equivalent to the term dabbler or jack-of-all-trades; it would be a
- good thing to append to my name, and much less jarring than the Mn
- English term. I may just opt for a patronymic, but would really like
- to use something a little more indicative of what my persona is all
- about. I've only recently begun a study of OE language and literature,
- and have thus far found no suitable phrases.

- 2. One of the arts in which I've recently begun to dabble is brewing.
- Naturally, I would be much interested in any information concerning
- period recipes and processes for the brewing of mead, wine, ale, and
- the like.
