  12. Just to throw my two cents in.  Way back in the mid-80's when I was
  13. taking driver's ed over in Tampa our instructor told us that Florida
  14. law does not require drivers wear shoes.  I remember him saying only
  15. one state still does.  I think that state might have been Michigan,
  16. but it could have easily been Ohio.  All I know is half the population
  17. of each state is down here clogging up our roads.  I think it's time 
  18. to attack Fort Sumter again.  :-)
