- Bravo Shelly! As always your words of wisdom serve
- as a positive example for the net to follow. I believe
- as you(and others) do that this tour is a turning point
- for the band and the scene ingeneral. For those of
- you(and me) that are travelling to cities to see Phish,
- here are some other things to remember:
-
- Brian's Tour Tips:
-
- 1)Be kind to the people that are working the venue. If
- someone asks you to move out of an isle or asserts
- her/his power as a paid worker, react politely, adn
- move if you're blocking the aisle. If there is liquor
- served and you buy it, tip the wait staff generoulsy.
- 2)If you see a taper, try not to make noise around the
- mics. They are there to preserve the music, not
- chatter about how cool Mike's hair .looks.
- 3)Spend money in the town of the show. If the local
- merchants see a positive influx of cash then all
- the better for the band.
- 4)Tell someone about Phish (they even have this great
- computer network of devtoed, opps, devoted fans, etc.)
- 5)Have a great time!
-
- These may be obvious, but I'm bored and felt like writing
- something. I look forward to that first set list from
- Vt! Take care of those (touring) shoes-Brian
