- Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't the stateewide initiative,
- which passed, actually designed to turn over some local laws (or edicts or
- policies or decress or whatever) that guaranteed protection against discrim-
- ination based on sexual preference? I was under the impression that the
- proposition was aimed at the laws promulgated in Denver, Boulder, and maybe
- even other localities. If this is/was the case, then boycotting Denver would
- really only serve to punish the areas that were trying to do something positive
- in this regard anyway, areas which may have the numbers and power to set things
- right again.
-
- Just a thought.
