- At last!
- The 12" of the year has arrived, at least if you're into retrofunky music
- (whatever that is).
- Made by a guy that calls himself Jamiroquai it's called "When you gonna learn?"
- and it's on Acid Jazz records in Great Britain. You americans will have to buy
- it on import methinks. Anyway it's worth all the money.
-
- On the A-side there's a J.K-mix that begins with a dodgy didgeridoo played by
- a guy from Galliano, then there are soulful strings, funky flutes, dunkin'
- drummers, burning basses etc etc. All probably played live. On top of it is
- Jamiroquai singing/rapping very much like the great Gil-Scott Heron. Get this
- know if you're tired of machine-music. Better than anything BNH ever have done.
- The B-side features different remixes and the original demo.
- Hopefully Jamiroquai will drop a solid album early next year.
- Til' then
