- Hola! I know the people in a.m.a will think I'm off my bit, but pleez
- bare with me (sp. intentional? :-))
- Gypsy Kings (sorry, I always spell it with a "y") is gaining some
- noteriety around the University of Hawai'i, and briefly got airplay on our
- progressive radio station (the island's station, not college station).
-
- Just wondering if there are any other Gypsy Kings fans out there. As I
- said, they are not specifically "alternative" but because of the campus
- scene is picking up on it, I figured mebbe this is happening elsewhere.
- Their music is definately alternative to mainstream (although their newer
- stuff isn't as raw.... too polished, oh well).
-
- Just a question... thassall! If N E 1 wants more info, mebbe I can supply
- some. :-)
