  14. TANTRUM is a program for studying historical tuning systems.
  15. It displays twelve diagrams which show the degree of out-of-
  16. tuneness of each the triads built on the twelve scale notes.
  17. You can change the pitch of a note and see how such a change
  18. affects the chords containing that note.  Two different tun-
  19. ings can be compared, tunings can be shifted in pitch or ro-
  20. tated around the circle of fifths, etc.

  22. TANTRUM runs on an IBM/PC with a color EGA or VGA adapter.

  25. Internet (I'm new here and would appreciate advice on how to
