  11. I find this thread rather interesting, since Contemporary Christian
  12. Music (Christian Rock) played an important part in my accepting 
  13. Christ a few months ago.

  45. That song (Last Day Of My Life, off 2nd Chapter of Acts'
  46. In The Volume Of The Book and Encores) got me right where I
  47. was at. I had no joy. Why not try Him?

  49. Later that day my coworker was playing Sandi Patti's Another
  50. Time...Another Place. I liked the song, started listening to
  51. the words. I wished I believed that.  I wanted that assurance.
  52. Not to mention my coworker's assurance :>

  54. Next day I went out and bought 5 CCM tapes that I'd listened
  55. to back in high school. And I started listening. And I kept
  56. wishing I had that assurance...while I danced around my office
  57. and actually MET my deadline. And started asking my coworker
  58. questions about his relationship with Christ, which was so
  59. different from the one I used to have. And I started praying
  60. again...which was the biggest step of all until when I accepted
  61. Christ.
