- I think the sarcasm is pretty clear, along with a not insignificant
- amount of hurt. This post bears reading between the lines, because he
- subtly points to areas of unnecessary conflict in this group and among
- Christians in general: some having little to do with music.

- Thank you for your testimony in this area. Personally, I suspect that
- it is those people who feel that their faith is threatened by listening
- to *any* "non-Christian" music are the "weaker brothers". That is not
- to say that they are wrong, or inferior people, but that music is a
- stumbling block for them and we need to honor that. On the other hand,
- that also does not give them license to insist that others share the
- same problem and thus should categorically avoid it as well. That
- comes across as pretty boorish to me.
