- The I take with the song is of a "not quit christian" person,
- strugling with faith and reality. There intelect was unable to help them
- (Once I rose above the noise and confusion...tho my eyes could see I still
- was a blind man). And there emotions (like everyone's) betray them
- (tossed about like a ship on the ocean). Through all this there is a
- "voice" that tells them "there will be peace when you are done". Many
- devoted christians I have talked to have had these feelings; they had to
- strugle to reach a point where they could except God's grace. This is a
- song for the strugling; if they are strugleing to overcome the world and
- reach God then there will be peace when they are done.
