  31.     Montreal is in *really* bad shape economically.  The possibility
  32. that city officials have put up the cash to fix the F1 auto track is
  33. unlikely.  On the other hand, the reason that we are in bad shape is
  34. *because* they've been cock-eyed in their priorities.  Not that I wouldn't
  35. mind seeing the moto race.... but I like eating on a regular basis too.
