  18. It was mentioned that the name MERCEDES came to the Daimler Benz
  19. marquee in 1920 and was the name of one of the offspring of either
  20. Karl Benz or Gottlieb Daimler.  This is incorrect.  The name comes
  21. from the daughter of an Austrian financier named Jellinek (last name)
  22. who invested heavily in the Daimler Benz company.
