  19. For warmth during cool weather (since nothing we've had so far
  20. in northern Cal could be actually called "cold"), I've been
  21. wearing spandex athletic shorts under my jeans.  Well, they're
  22. not really "shorts", since the ones I've been using are
  23. ankle-length.

  25. Somebody just gave me flannel-lined jeans from LLBean for my
  26. birthday.  Haven't worn them riding yet, but I think they'll
  27. also do the trick.

  29. For heavy-duty cold you probably need something more serious.
