- vi
- hello everyone.
- I thought i would post this article to warn potential motorcycle buyers
- to be careful....
- let me explain.
-
- last weekend i purchased a secondhand motorcycle (HONDA VT250F)
- It still had a valid M.O.T.
- When i got home i found that the cup which clamps the front wheel
- spindle,was very loose!!!
- Luckily the spindle itself was still tight.
- The trip home had included fast motorway sections.
-
- You do not expect to have to thoroughly inspect a bike ,but after this
- incident i intend to do just that!!
-
- The bike itself is in very good condition.
-
- anyway i hope i have given you all some food for thought.
-
- P.S. does anybody know if clymer produce a manual for the VT250F???
-
- all for now john.
