  25. I was at dinner awhile back with a brother that rides and his new girlfriend  
  26. who doesn't approve. I didn't know that and innocently asked her if she rode.  
  27. She replied, with a nastly sneer "No, I like my life." And I came back with:  
  28. "Yes, well, I like to *live* my life."

  30. To her credit she smiled and gave me the score-one-for-you sign.
