  16. I like to ride without a helmet when I'm trying to find out where that
  17. new funny noise is coming from. Although riding without a helmet is
  18. illegal in the UK, it has become an established custom that the police
  19. don't prosecute you for riding without a helmet if you were doing so
  20. while taking part in an anti helmet-legislation rally.
