- Are cage stories allowed in rec.moto? Should I join Her Majesty's Finest to

- One of the funniest things I ever saw on a motorway was a caterpillar made up
- of about eight or nine snowcat thingies (you know the things, white painted
- cab things on caterpillar tracks) fastened together and doing about forty-
- five MPH. Coming back from work in the evening, on the same stretch of that
- motorway (M3) I was buzzed by a Spitfire! A week later it was by a Fokker
- Triplane! A very exciting stretch of tarmac, I can tell you.
