  24. The guide was not meant to be partisan in any direction.  It was designed
  25. to differentiate the pro-motorcycle candidates from the rest.  If you
  26. prefere Democrats and your favorite candidate is not listed, it is in
  27. your interest to make an appointment to talk to him or her and explain
  28. why motorcyclists rights are important.  Or would you rather be
  29. legislated off ogf your scoot?

  48. It may produce controversy, it is not meant to.  It does seem ironic 
  49. to a lot of us.

  51. Freedom of choice.  A person can do what they want as long as it
  52. does not hurt their neighbor.  From that, one would think that
  53. the same people who are pro choice on abortion would be anti-helmet law
  54. and vice versa.  It is not so... at least among politicians.
  55. More Democrats than Republicans are pro-choice when it comes
  56. to abortions, but not helmets.  More Republicans than Democrats
  57. are pro-choice when it comes to helmets, but not abortions.
